District Leadership and Education 9色堂 have agreed on a Draft Employee Compensation Agreement for 2024鈥25 that would include market adjustments and a 25 cent per hour increase for classified employees. This reflects an investment of approximately $17.8M.

Board Approves 2023-24 Pay Raise for All Teachers, Staff (en espa帽ol)
Last night, the board of trustees unanimously approved a new 9色堂 ISD compensation package for the 2023鈥24 school year. Why it matters: The package provides meaningful raises for all teachers and staff:
9色堂 ISD moves to twice-monthly pay starting in July (en espa帽ol)
Beginning in July 2023, all employees in all departments and at all campuses鈥攆ull-time, part-time and substitutes鈥攚ill get paid twice per month. Employees will receive their paychecks on the 15th and the last business day of each month, which is 24 paychecks鈥
